Details: A 6' Home-Dome with rotation and shutter motors and automatic shutoff switches on shutter operation. Equipment includes a Durango Skies 8" steel pier and a Celestron CPC 1100.

Lifting the Observatory

The dome was assembled and tested on the ground. A crane is being used to lift the dome onto the observatory which is approximately 25' above ground level.

Skirt Preperation

The dome will be bolted to the rectangular skirt on top of the observatory.

The Lift is Complete

The dome is ready for the final motor wiring and testing.
